American philosopher, psychologist, and educational reformer John Dewey said, and I paraphrase, you have to feed your mind to get things out.
Reading, listening, seeing, experiencing, tasting, watching, etc., all these things feed our mind. The more you feed it good things, and the greater the diversity, the more powerful the stuff you can extract from the ol’ grey matter.
The benefits are obvious, you’ll be more creative AND interesting. So here’s some things I recommend you feed to your mind. And I’d love some recommendations from you.
